Destiny is amazing. She helped us narrow down the type of house, and what area to look in. When the first loan agency tanked the deal due to inefficient procedures, she immediately found a better, faster loan agency which resulted in a better rate. Buying a house for us had some unusual difficulties, but Destiny was always right there for us. Whether we needed guidance, or someone knowledgeable on our side fighting to make sure everything was done correctly. From contractually agreed repairs, to the most beneficial phrasing in the contracts; Destiny fought for us and made sure we were knowledgeable about every little step in the process of buying our home.

Destiny really helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She went to bat for us during the negotiation process. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

My experience with Miss Destiny Eberhardt was Absolutely Amazing bar none. The Level of professionalism that she extended to us was regal throughout our entire new homebuyer process. Never once did Miss Eberhardt abandon us or treat us as though we were a burden.
